The 2019 Viesslinger Ried Bruck Riesling offers concentrated, ripe, bright fruit that represents a lot of sun and drought as well as weathered terroir and still juicy, refreshing fruit. Dense and elegant on the palate, with ripe and integrated acidity that delivers a long and enormously salty finish carried by fine, piquant acidity, this is a very aromatic and elegant, almost Alsatian dry Riesling with texture, fruit and charm and ripe tartaric acidity. Great aging potential. 13% alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted in September 2021. - WA
